Why is it Important to Have a Realtor Represent You with a Builder? When you have a real estate agent, YOU are represented. Your realtor works with the builder to make sure YOU are always taken care of and everything is done to YOUR advantage.
THERE IS NO COST TO YOU EITHER!!! All compensation paid to the Realtor is paid by the builder and is considered a marketing fee and does NOT change the price of the home. Builders expect, and even ENCOURAGE, Realtors to be involved and represent the buyer.
